A focused package of six EMDR sessions at a reduced rate for police, fire, ambulance and other emergency services workers affected by a specific traumatic incident at work. The first session is an assessment. If your experience is more complex or longer-standing, we’ll talk honestly about whether a longer plan would suit you better.
I offer one free place at a time, plus a limited number of reduced-rate places (£90 per session) for emergency services workers. If no place is currently available, you’ll be added to a waiting list and I’ll let you know the likely wait.
