Therapy

Bespoke Assessments.

Are you unsure about committing to therapy but want to start making sense of your difficulties?

My bespoke assessment service offers a compassionate and clinically robust approach to exploring your psychological wellbeing.

Expert Witness Services

Working within legal aid rates, I provide psychological assessments to support informed decision-making in Courts, Tribunals, and Parole Boards. Drawing on extensive experience across the Criminal, Family, and Prison systems, I bring a balanced and compassionate understanding to the experiences and needs of individuals, children, parents, and offenders involved in legal proceedings. My assessments aim to offer clarity, insight, and fairness, supporting the Court in understanding complex human situations.

Training

I design bespoke training and consultancy packages tailored to your team’s needs, delivered in an engaging and practical way. I can support skill development, risk management, and embedding reflective, trauma-informed practice across your service.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a vital part of professional practice, providing a safe, structured space for reflection, growth, and development. It supports reflective practice, enhances clinical skills, and helps practitioners manage the emotional and ethical demands of their work.

I provide clinical supervision to psychologists, psychological therapists, and teams. My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, drawing on principles of Schema Therapy to deepen understanding of ourselves and the way we work. Recognising the individuality of each practitioner, I tailor supervision to support your ongoing professional development and wellbeing. I am registered with the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS) under the British Psychological Society (BPS) and can offer supervision to both forensic psychologists in training and qualified practitioners.
