Holding the Frontline

With over ten years’ experience working across the criminal justice system, I have a deep understanding of the psychological toll that frontline work can take. Repeated exposure to traumatic events, often without the time or space to process them, can quietly erode wellbeing. The need to stay composed and carry on — shift after shift — can lead to exhaustion, emotional numbing, and difficulties in relationships both at work and at home.

I reserve a small number of clinic spaces at a reduced fee of £80 for emergency service workers seeking trauma-focused therapy. This includes staff working in the police, prison service, probation, fire service, and NHS. My approach offers a confidential and supportive space to make sense of difficult experiences, rebuild resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.

I am also an approved provider for several organisations that offer financial assistance, helping to make therapy more accessible for those who need it.
